💊 The Pharmacy History Museum

Did you know that Sibiu was the first Romanian city to host a pharmacy? It was documented in 1494. Well, the Pharmacy History Museum is in the Small Square and is waiting for you to put it on your family trip sightseeing list.

The museum exhibits over 6,600 pieces showcasing the evolution of drugs and pharmaceutical techniques. Both young and old will certainly be interested in the furniture, the utensils and the flasks used in past pharmacies.

Once you’ve crossed all the city’s sights off your list, the surroundings of Sibiu offer
some other places that children will certainly be thrilled to see.

Among these, the Story to the Calendar, made up of wooden houses showing elements
specific to each season.

Your children will also love Brambura Park on the Avrig Valley, Where you’ll find the
Upside Down House and a playground for your children to enjoy freely, as well as a mini Zoo,
with alpacas, rabbits and goats.

On the same Avrig Valley, you can also pay a visit to Panoramic Dino Park, where
you’ll find dinosaurs as well as slides and swings. What’s more, they also have an area with

Besides, in Porumbacu de Sus you’ll find the Pirate Island theme park, where you’ll be
