 The Spa - Hilton Sibiu The Spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect the quiet and privacy of other guests. We kindly request that you refrain from using mobile phones and cameras. It is recommended that you leave valuables in your guest room. The spa cannot take responsibility for any personal belongings. • Health concerns: Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that might affect your treatment or the usage of the Spa facilities. • Spa facilities: To make the most of the spa facilities and support the benefits of your service, we request you to arrive a minimum of 15 minutes earlier to prepare for your treatment; or recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to enjoy our inviting wellness area. For your convenience, the Spa will provide towels, slippers, shower caps and all other amenities required for use during your visit. During all the services, you will be covered to ensure your privacy. • Relaxation rooms: As your treatment continues to benefit your body and mind, we invite you to rest and recuperate in our relaxation area. Stay for as long or as little time as you like. • Pregnancy: Please allow us to assist you in selecting suitable services for this special time. We recommend that you check with your physician prior to experiencing any spa services. • Reservations: Advanced booking is highly recommended to ensure your preferred times are available, particularly if you choose to enjoy multiple treatments during your stay. Children aged 11-16 need to be accompanied by a parent during the Spa service. • Lateness & Cancellation Policy: Please be aware that your late arrival may result in a reduction of the treatment time as a curtesy to our next guest. We kindly ask our guests to give a minimum of 12 hours’ notice for cancellations, otherwise, 100% from the price of the service(s) booked will be charged.
