Sibiu Home 4 Green represents two generous apartments in the Historic Center of the city of Sibiu, 230 meters from the Bridge of Lies and Piata Mica and 500 meters from Piata Mare. The building is located on Strada Ocnei, no. 15 (Sibiu) - coordinates: 45°48'0"N 24°9'0"E - being a mixed building rebuilt in the 18th and 19th centuries (the first building is from the 15th century). At the end of the 19th century, this was the seat of the Cooperative Belters (Riemenverbs-Genossenschaft).
An apartment (with a small balcony) has 60 square meters (30 m on the ground floor and 30 m on the first floor). It includes a living room and kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor and a bathroom on the first floor, a bedroom with a large bed and a bedroom with a raised bed for children. It was built in 2007 and partially renovated in 2021. The second apartment, located only on the ground floor, is 50 square meters and includes two bedrooms (a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a raised bed for children), a bathroom, a separate and equipped kitchen. The renovation of this apartment was carried out in 2023.
Each apartment is ideal for families with 1-3 children, 3 adults or couples who want a comfortable, generous, quiet space and close to the city center. Children benefit from toys and special TV channels (there is Netflix, Smart TV). There is wireless internet. The facilities are modern, including full kitchens, renovated bathrooms, small libraries, televisions, a small terrace arranged in the yard, etc.
Access is through the common courtyard, the apartments being positioned behind the courtyard.
Nearby are numerous shops, restaurants, museums, s.a.m.d. Parking is public and can be paid via SMS (10 lei / day). Ocnei Street is part of the Historic Center (zone 1) being an initial street with a defensive role (defensive constructions - at the outer end was the Ocna Gate and Bastion, the Shoemaker's Tower, - Burger Tor und Burger Bastei and inside the Bridge of Lies).
