City Stay Hostel is located in the heart of the historical centre, in Piata Mica ("Little Square"), the oldest and most romantic of Sibiu squares, in a 450 year old building with Renaissance style arcades, at the first floor above the Pharmacy Museum.

The Telephone Palace, now home to B13 youth hostel, lies in the center of Balcescu Bulevard in the historic city of Sibiu. The iconic building, similar in architecture to the Metropolitan Club from New York City, was built in 1946. It was initially intended to serve as a headquarters for the national telephone provider service. Today it is a hub of youth activity, housing both the Burger Bar 2.0 and the B13 youth hostel. The hostel’s name is an abbreviation of the address you can find it on: Balcescu Bulevard nr. 13! You won’t have to stray far from here, since you’ll be living in the center of Sibiu’s historic Old Town. Just a short walk down the boulevard will take you to the famous Big Square and Small Square, where you’ll find all sorts of pubs, clubs, restaurants and historic attractions.

The house was built in XV-XVI century, restored in 1860 and declared historic monument since 2004. We offer cheap accommodation right next to Brukenthal Palace and within walking distance to all the historical monuments, bars and clubs. Housed in a medieval building with high ceilings, époque tiles and wooden floors, our hostel is modern equipped and decorated in a casual chic decor, offering a homey and high quality stay. Relax on the sofa near the fireplace or socialize with travellers from all over the world in our lounge area! Enjoy the couches, the sound system, games, books, cards, and the guitar! We have free Wi-Fi internet access available and you can also use our computer & printer to check your email or print online tickets. The rooms range from private (doubles) to dorms of six beds with access to 2 bathrooms with 24 hours hot showers. The dorms are equipped with top quality mattresses and the custom-made bunk beds have been designed to provide special comfort: 1.25 m width, individual reading lights, sockets & tray, as well as private lockers. We also provide linen and one towel. Cook &socialize in our fully-equipped kitchen! Breakfast is included in the room rate and it is served from 8 AM to11:00 AM. There are several dining options in a few minutes walking distance from the hostel. Cleanliness is a thing we care about a lot.
