(six painters from Cluj)
The exhibition project 6.P-C (six painters from Cluj) brings artists with different visions and concepts to the Museum of Contemporary Art in Sibiu, all having in common the technical and conceptual coordinates specific to the painting school from Cluj. The studies at the "University of Art and Design" in Cluj-Napoca generated the context of junction of the six artists: University Professor Ph.D. Kudor – Duka István, University Assistant Ph.D. Cristian Lăpușan, Ph.D. Todor Tamás, Ph.Drd. Gagy Botond, Ph.D. Mihai Guleș, UAD graduate Andrei Nuțu; context which, within this exhibition, shows unity and coherence in the diversity of stylistic and conceptual dynamism.
We have the opportunity to admire works of various painting techniques: oil painting, acrylic or fresco, illustrating different trajectories of visual representation from abstract to expressionism or realism.
The opening of the exhibition 6.P-C (six painters from Cluj) will take place on Thursday, April 6, at 3 p.m. at the Sibiu Contemporary Art Museum, 6 Tribunei street. The access of the public to the opening of the exhibition is free.
